We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and order type:

  • Standard Delivery (via India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.): 5–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (via Bluedart, Delhivery Express): 1–3 business days

  • Self Pickup: From our Chennai warehouse (by prior appointment only)

Shipping Charges

Since Tamil Nadu is your home state (and where you're based — Chennai), you can:

  1. Offer Free Shipping at a Lower Threshold (Optional):

    • For Tamil Nadu customers, consider free shipping for orders above ₹499 or ₹599, instead of ₹999.

    • This encourages repeat purchases from your nearby regions and builds customer loyalty.

  2. Flat Lower Rate for Orders Below Threshold:

    • Use a flat ₹39 or ₹49 shipping fee for Tamil Nadu instead of ₹99.

    • This makes local shipping feel fair and affordable.

  3. Optional: Self-Pickup Discount or Freebie:

    • If someone opts for Self Pickup from Madurai, consider offering a free sample sachet or ₹20 discount.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking information

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Natural calamities

  • Delivery in remote or non-serviceable PIN codes

We will notify you promptly in case of significant delays.

Failed Delivery & Returns

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

...will be eligible for reshipping at your cost. If a refund is requested instead, original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Most couriers do not deliver on public holidays. Some may deliver on Saturdays. Orders placed on these days are processed the next working day.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

Enter your PIN code during checkout. If we don’t service your area, you will be notified immediately.

Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?

We offer Express Delivery (1–3 days) for select PIN codes. Please contact us before placing time-sensitive orders.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package. For prepaid orders, an OTP may be required at delivery. High-value orders may require ID verification.

Payment & Data Security

  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay

  • Your shipping and billing data is encrypted and protected via SSL

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout prior to payment
